Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured carrier label and drop the package off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
